Product Introduction

AT473 Thermal Cycling Tester is designed according to ISO and ASTM standard requirements; it is mainly used to check the leakage status of composite pipes & fittings when subjected to specified cycling times under specified internal pressure loads. It's widely used in plastic pipe manufacturing factories and some laboratories. 

1. Temperature Control System

★ This control system is equipped with separate temperature detectors for the cold water tank, hot water tank, header pipe input nozzle, and header pipe output nozzle. Taking 6 workstations as a sample, there should be 16 detectors

★ Main machine temperature control range: 10℃～98℃

★ Independent temperature detector to monitor sample room temperature

2. Pressure Control System

★ Equipped with a 16-bit A/D converter to collect pressure

★ The pressure sensor range is 0 ～ 1.6MPa, with a display resolution of 0.001MPa

3. Water Flow Control System

★ Each workstation is equipped with a flow meter

★ The resolution of the flow meter reaches 0.01m/s and a 16-bit A/D converter is used for water sampling
