AT226 is a lab-scale melt spinning machine used for preparing various polymer-based composite fibers with micron or nanometer diameters, such as carbon composites, PTFE, and PEEK, to explore next-generation composite materials. It consists of a heating system, a spinneret system, and a winding system. It features a transparent organic glass door for easy observation. A touchscreen display enables easy operation. A thickened stainless steel feed cylinder ensures more uniform sample heating. Test temperatures are monitored in real-time, with a maximum temperature of 450℃. It has a stirring function to ensure uniform heating. It is equipped with a stainless steel winding roller, and a paper bobbin is fitted outside the roller for easy mounting and dismounting. Extrusion power source: an inert gas cylinder with a full air pressure regulation facility. A winding displacement system allows the winding roller to move left and right to ensure uniform and smooth winding.
