AT241C Automatic Single Yarn Warping Machine is used for automatic warping of production samples, weaving samples and small-batch fabrics in laboratories. As the textile industry develops towards small quantities, diverse varieties and prompt delivery, our company has developed the AT241C Small Sample Warping Machine in response to the increasing demand for product samples. It is widely used in sampling in industries such as wool spinning, cotton spinning, colored weaving and natural silk. It features a touch screen display, PLC control and software for arranging yarn laying. It is specially designed for sample weaving in laboratories or research and development institutes. The accuracy of warp displacement reaches 0.01mm. An SMC rotating cylinder is used for color selection, enabling accurate and reliable yarn change. An AC frequency converter controls yarn winding and detects winding speed online. The frequency converter controls the beaming mechanism to ensure constant winding speed during beaming. A pneumatic pressing and damping structure is adopted to achieve even yarn tension. The bobbin creel uses an air pressure tension-relaxation-preventing structure to avoid tension relaxation when changing yarn. It has automatic warp break stop and yarn double winding stop functions. A foot pedal is used for unwinding. Inching and stop buttons are provided for operator safety.
