AT820 Series Electro-thermostatic Blast Oven (Vertical) is an oven with natural convection of hot air. It is used to dry or bake materials that require a low-turbulence environment, such as melting paraffin, with no noise, little dust and slow airflow. It is widely used in many different industries, such as chemical plants, electronics, casting, automobiles, foods and mechanics. The working chamber is made of mirror-surface stainless steel plate. The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate coated with electrostatic powder. It adopts Omron (Japan) solid-state relay. The insulation layer uses superfine heat-resistant glass fiber cotton. It adopts grade A PT100 platinum resistance sensor with high accuracy. It uses Nichrome heater. It has protections of over-temperature, grounding, etc. It has a double-layer tempered glass observation window, which allows observation of the test condition in the chamber at any time. The back of the machine is equipped with an adjustable discharge vent, which can also be closed.
