Featuring an independent modular design, each test module is relatively independent of the test unit, making it easy to use, maintain, and upgrade. It is multifunctional for various yarns and equipped with hairiness detection components. Operators can stop the machine at any time to check the set defects on the yarn. The photoelectric detection components are used to check the average diameter, CV, and curve of yarns containing metal. Operators can insert sample values into any group without changing the results, and the inserted values can be stored. The machine can automatically stop when the sample breaks and record the current value. The imported electronic speed regulating system is characterized by accurate rotation speed and high test precision. The statistical analysis system can generate annual, seasonal, monthly, and daily reports of test data for certain materials, as well as distribution diagrams of index tendencies. The expert system (optional) can help users analyze failures in textile technology. It can also compare yarns with USTER statistics.
