HY4830 Needle Flame Tester uses a specified size (Φ0.9mm) needle burner with specified gas (butane or propane) to ignite the specimen at a specified angle (45°) and for a specified time. Observe whether the specimen and layer are ignited, as well as the burning time and burning length, to determine the fire risk caused by small flames under equipment fault conditions. This instrument complies with the following international and industry standards: ISO: ISO 6941; BS: BS EN; UL: UL 1694; GB/T: GB/T 5169.5. It adopts a digital instrument control system and imported control components. The fixture is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and rust-free. It is equipped with a one-button timing device for convenient equipment use and simple operation. The advanced temperature control and temperature measurement system make the test more accurate and the results more reliable. The tempered glass observation window allows observation of the entire test process.
