The NFPA 701-1 Vertical Burn Test Machine is specifically designed to observe the flame resistance and burning behavior of textile products such as curtains, blinds, roller blinds , and similar items. It is suitable for both single-layer and multi-layer test materials.

This testing device enables the testing of fabrics with a weight less than 700 g/m² (21 oz/yd²) in accordance with the international NFPA 701:2004 Test Method 1 standard.
